Chargeback Analyst (Pharma)

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Bergen County, NJ area is on the search for an experienced Chargeback Analyst to join their team on a perm/direct-hire basis.

Location: Bergen County, NJ

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F. Fully onsite.

Salary: $60-95K + annual bonus potential. Non-exempt.

Chargeback Analyst Responsibilities:

Process daily chargeback claims and ensure timely transmissions.

Validate chargeback data and resolve discrepancies with customers.

Coordinate with accounting for claim payments and deduction resolution.

Maintain and update membership/contract affiliations and notify customers of changes.

Support contract pricing notifications and distribute quarterly pricing updates.

Use Model N, Excel, and other tools for accurate data reporting.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Operate with a detail-oriented, disciplined, and structured approach.

Chargeback Analyst Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Model N or other pharmaceutical chargeback and contracting system.

Microsoft Office Suite knowledge including excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

In depth knowledge and experience in every function of pharmaceutical chargeback processing and contract administration.

5 years minimum of Pharmaceutical Chargeback processing and analytics experience.

Experience collaborating directly with large and complex pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor accounts is desired
