Actively recruiting for a talented Reliability Engineer for this growing manufacturing company with locations nationwide! You’ll be an integral part of their maintenance team focused on predictive and preventive measures. The company is SAFETY focused & values your safety! As the Reliability Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying areas in the maintenance and operations areas that are under-performing! After analyzing quality, safety, plant downtime, financial data, and failure investigations, you’ll design & implement solutions using best practices to improve reliability, quality, safety and financial performance. Working with maintenance technicians, you’ll see the implementation of solutions, preventative and predictive maintenance programs. As you’ll assist with training & implementation, you’ll need to be a good communicator since you’ll be talking with so many different groups.

Minimum requirements for this Reliability Engineer position:

• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and / or trades experience

• “Hands-on” approach

• Wood industry experience

• Computer proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, and CMMS like Maximo

• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
