Primarily responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the clinical application interfaces. Troubleshoots desktops/hardware/printer issues.
Responsibilities
Supports the end-user community in the effective access and use of University Hospital.
Monitors and troubleshoots HL7 Protocol Application interfaces.
Performs basic hardware repair.
Assists with the preparation of documentation and informational materials for non-technical users
Understands and accepts the responsibilities of working in a 24/7 environment
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in use or support of desktop computing.
Must be proficient in PC support and be able to work in a team environment.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Equivalent experience, education, and/or training (IT certifications) may be substituted for the education requirements.
