We’re recruiting on behalf of our Cleveland-based client for a Strategic Sales Representative to work onsite full-time (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) at their headquarters. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow market presence and drive revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating, thinking critically, and creating smart sales strategies that deliver results.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Sales Execution
Develop customized proposals, quotes, and pricing to meet customer needs
Collaborate with the internal sales team and cross-functional partners
Organize and compile data for reports, presentations, and strategic projects
Coordinate with production to ensure top-quality results throughout the product lifecycle
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development
Execute sales outreach strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities
Speak with decision-makers about our products and capabilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Target high-potential markets and customer segments
Support marketing initiatives that align with sales goals
Customer Relationship Management
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain clear, organized records of customer interactions and activities
Ensure consistent, timely follow-up and communication
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Hands-on sales or account management experience with a solid technical aptitude
Willingness and ability to work onsite (this is not a remote position)
Ability to handle basic measurements and math (e.g., tape measure use) and read blueprints
Problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset
Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening
Works independently and manages time effectively — but also thrives as a true TEAM player
Preferred Skills
Experience in sales prospecting, outbound sales, and/or technical account management
Familiarity with metal products, manufacturing, or engineered solutions
Proficiency with CRM or ERP platforms
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
Strong Microsoft Office and general tech skills
