Data Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Scada/Data Engineer to become an integral part of our development team!

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage dat

Research and update network distribution software for optimal performance

Design embedded software to assist with system automation

Perform routine software maintenance

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements

Troubleshoot and resolve any code issues

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, electrical engineering, data analytics, statistics, IT, or another similar technical field

At least 5 to 10 years of previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role

Knowledge of Java, Python, or other programming language

Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

IBM Certified Data Engineer a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
