About You

Be able to do the job as described

You have at least 5+ years experience – First Assist/OR experience in trauma, orthopedic surgery is required for this team.

Strong teaching skills and experience developing training materials

Comfortable working with cadaver specimens

Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner OR hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading surgical skills labs and orthopedic training sessions

Developing educational materials, online courses, and digital learning content

Teaching healthcare professionals and business partners about products and procedures

Collaborating with product management, engineering, and R&D to enhance medical devices

Assisting with research, development, and clinical accuracy reviews

Up to 20% travel (including internationally) to support medical education initiatives
