Michael Page is working with a well-known local general contractor as they seek to hire a Project Manager to their team. The company has a Strong regional presence and specializes in ground up com construction projects valued at $15mil+

Job Description

As an integral part of the management team, the project manager will lead all ground up construction processes for several commercial projects running concurrently, valued at 25mil+ per project. in Addition the Successful Project manager will be responsible for:

Managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project

Serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Construction Project Manager Will Have:

MINIMUM OF 5 years of construction project management experience

a background building projects over $15 million in value

communication skills, both written and verbal

strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times

a Bachelor's Degree What's on Offer

The Project Manager - New Construction Work receives:

Base salary up to $110,000
