Your Role: Cell Lead

As a key part of our team, you'll facilitate the overall operation of the cell and its resources. Coordinating assignments - inspecting, packing, and ensuring the quality of plastic components used in critical medical applications. You'll be working in a cleanroom environment, using precision and focus to make a real difference - every shift.

Comfortable standing and rotating between workstations for 12-hour shifts

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required) Schedule:

Our 12-hour rotating shift schedule means you'll work approximately 75 fewer days per year compared to a traditional 5-day workweek - giving you more time off without sacrificing full-time pay.

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)

2-2-3 rotating schedule = 3 days one week, 4 days the next

What You'll Do:

Overall coordination of the cell verifying programs are running per the job packet details and housekeeping requirements are met. Supporting line clearance activities, building pallets per the work instruction, auditing paperwork, labels, and process within the cell to ensure quality and customer standards are being met.

Assigning Operators to presses ensuring employees are being productive and cross-trained on each press, including assigning a buddy to new Operators in the cell. Mentors and develops Operators.

Manages resources and communicates with Shift Supervisor of any staffing needs or concerns.

Publish the break schedule and communicate to the team ensuring break guidelines are being met.

Verify all employees are in their cell at the start, during, and end of the shift.

Communicate any updates to the Job Packet and/or schedule changes in the cell and communicates with the opposite shift on the status of the cell.

Is the subject matter expert on all programs within the cell.

Maintain prescribed cycle times ensuring 100% efficiency for the cell.

Communicate with the other shifts regarding press status noting any quality and/or process concerns.

Ensures cell is adhering to all Cleanroom requirements including gowning procedures.

Assists in covering Operator(s) during breaks ensuring continuous operations. Job Benefits
