Seeking an Estimator to help accurately estimate project costs and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural plans, blueprints, and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for siding and framing projects

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and evaluate existing conditions

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop accurate budgets and competitive bids

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project scopes are clearly defined and estimates are precise

Maintain and update estimating tools, software, and cost databases

Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

Track and manage estimates to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of estimating experience

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes related to siding and framing

Proficiency in estimating/construction related software

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
