The FPGA/VHDL Engineer is responsible for FPGA and/or ASIC development to support FPGA/VHDL Assurance efforts in support of DoD. As the ideal candidate, you will review and evaluate various vendor FPGA/VHDL tools to make sure the tools perform correctly and to ensure the level of functionality within FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays).

HDL Languages:Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL

ASIC Design Methodologies:SoC design, verification, DFT, and scan

Design Tools:Cadence DFII, Xilinx Vivado

Verification:Writing verification plans, simulating designs

Image Processing:Experience with pixel processing pipelines

What You Will Get to Do:

Qualifications You Will Bring:

Any number of years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
