A growing and dynamic commercial general contractor committed to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. We specialize in a wide range of commercial construction projects and are seeking a skilled Commercial Superintendent to join our experienced team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Superintendent with 4+ years of experience managing field operations for commercial general contractors. This role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of construction documents, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on the job site and serve as the primary field point of contact.

Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with construction drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain workflow, quality, and timelines.

Collaborate with project managers to organize material deliveries and maintain project momentum.

Ensure all construction activities meet contractual requirements and are completed using the latest plans and documents.

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization while upholding OSHA and company safety protocols.

Monitor and enforce quality control procedures with all subcontractors.

Keep daily logs documenting site conditions, progress, labor, and incidents.

Ensure proper signage and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Utilize Procore and other tech tools to manage documentation and communication.

Communicate consistently with the Project Manager via email and phone.

Qualifications:

4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.

Proven ability to supervise multiple trades and job site activities simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and coordination.

Procore Experience

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Experience in physically demanding environments; must be capable of lifting up to 65 lbs unassisted.

Willingness to travel; must have a reliable truck for job site access.
