Overview of Role

We are seeking a passionate Assistant to complement our Latam team during the maternity leave absence of the present job incumbent.

We are seeking a candidate who excels in delivering exceptional client interactions, displays superior communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a friendly, articulate, and professional approach that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters

Provide general client maintenance assistance, such as:

responding to client requests

dealing with day to day client administration

receiving and processing payment / trading orders

preparing documentation for client meetings

monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up

Ensure close co-operation with various departments including Investment Department, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration

Collaborate in marketing activities of the team, including maintaining prospects lists, writing marketing letters, organizing meetings and business trips and ensuring proper follow up

Coordinate meetings

Assist with preparing presentations

Help with client servicing and prospecting in Spanish, English and German

Education and Qualifications

Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

Experience in the financial industry is a must

Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation

Experience in Securities trading

Native Spanish and fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is an asset.

Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability

Proficient in MS Office, Avaloq knowledge is an asset

Team player

Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
