We are seeking a Fleet & Facility Maintenance & Construction Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate maintenance and repair work as well as light construction. Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all repairs and routine preventive maintenance activities
Hands-on performance of repairs, preventive maintenance and light construction
Implement and manage various methods and systems for scheduling, planning and executing repairs, maintenance and construction activities
Investigate and resolve tenant, client and staff complaints regarding repair & maintenance
Update and improve facilities, machinery, equipment and systems to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train maintenance & construction staff
Enforce property and organization rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, repair, handyman and maintenance trades management or other related fields
Familiarity with routine preventive maintenance schedules and systems
Ability to build rapport with tenants, clients and staff
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Must have reliable transportation (preferably pickup truck or cargo van) and your own set of handyman toolsCompany Description
