We are seeking 2 Office Administrators to provide customer service, handle accounts receivables and payables, collect cash, make collection calls, and perform other general office duties.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous Office Administrator experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail, demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills, take ownership of job duties, and work well as part of a team. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
