Here is what your new job will look like: As the small engine mechanic, you will be tasked with the duties of the shop small engine mechanic to ensure that smal! equipment brought to us for repairs is always available, dependable, and safe. You will be responsible for the
maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with the manufacturer's policies and guidelines for small equipment. While a demonstrated aptitude for technical ability is a must, we are also a company that cares about the people we work

Specific Responsibilities:
As the small engine mechanic, you will report directly to the Parts Manager (PM) The PM will assign your repairs. Some repairs may take precedence over others. PM may advise as to order of
completion. • You will perform an analysis on the repair to determine parts requirements and labor estimate to complete task
and turn in request to PM.
Once parts are received, you will perform the repair.
: When repair is completed, you will function test equipment to ensure that it operates as designed and within
specifications.
Keep track of parts usage and inform PM in a timely manner when restocking is required.
Organize areas for stored customer equipment; line up equipment to be worked on the following day.
Maintain a safe, clean work area free of debris.
Ensure that the shop is always well organized and free of safety hazards. Work will mainly be customer repairs however may also entail work on Wharton rental equipment, side
moreets or oner assisned dunes.
Minimum knowledge and skills required:
Small engine, two-cycle and four-cycle experience preferred.
STIHL Master Wrench Service Technician (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum STIHL training preferred)
Service technician training. Training or experience with manufacturers (preferred)

A valid drivers' license and must meet all regulatory requirements to operate trucks and other equipment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment:
Extensive knowledge of shop systems and processes.
Physical: standing, sitting, climbing, walking, crouching, and stooping. Carrying up to 100 pounds, extensive
use of hands, vision. arms, and vored Requires basic math skills, the ability to problem-solve daily, and the ability to coordinate numerous activities
at the same time. Working outdoors, occasionally in inclement weather conditions. Exposure to power tools and hazardous
