Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment on our production floor, which includes installing new equipment, performing preventative/corrective maintenance equipment. Assist Operators with minor maintenance issues to consistently obtain the standard operating efficiency of system and minimize down time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent and mechanical and/or electronic courses.
A minimum of two years’ experience as a technician.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Respond to machine alarms and breakdowns as they occur, troubleshoot and identify the root cause and apply corrective action as required
Identify parts that require replacement and submit requisitions for ordering
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for multiple facilities
Install new and relocated production equipment and machinery
Overhaul and modify current equipment
Communicate with the production team and prepare and submit maintenance reports
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Strong mechanical reasoning skills and conscientiousness
In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems maintenance, proven troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize well in a changing environment and track and supervise multiple activities at once.
The ability to work as an effective team player and clear communicator; open to learning from others, sharing knowledge, and advancing innovation across the product life-cycle.
Experience using Windows based PC applications,
Have a working knowledge of lock out tag out.

Physical Requirements
Ability to exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally/frequently. Strength and manual dexterity needed to move objects. Climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching/pushing/pulling machinery. Associate stands/walks 8 hrs./day. Hearing protection and safety shoes required. Manufacturing environment. Facilities Maintenance.
