Job Description

Looking for motivated and driven part time super to maintain the grounds inside and out on a 45 unit building in Mineola. Flexible hours and safe neighborhood. Must perform all garbage / recycling duties, mopping, cleaning etc.

Cleaning is a priority followed by maintenance and working with vendors to maintain a building in pristine condition.

Preferred local to the building for emergencies etc.
