Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Oversee financial reporting, including budget preparation and analysis.
- Oversee monthly closing of all hotel entities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide insights on financial concepts to assist in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare and present financial statements to senior management.
- Assist with tax return preparation.
Skills
- Must have 5 years of Controller experience.
- Must be well-versed in M3 Accounting Core.
- Proficiency in financial management principles.
- Experience in public accounting and corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and analysis techniques.
- Detail-oriented.
