Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Southeastern Tool & Die, a family-owned manufacture located in Aberdeen, NC. We are seeking an entry level maintenance technician to join our team.

Qualifications: Must be dependable, self-starter with high attention to detail, have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn; problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment; ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities:

Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.

Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Salary: $20.00 / Hour

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

5:00am - 3:30pm

**must be willing to stay late if need be.
