Proposal ManagernnCSEngineering is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our growing team and support various DOD/DHS/Federal government solicitation responses!
This position will be responsible for coordinating the CSE proposal process, schedule, and production logistics.
nnJOB RESPONSIBILITIESnThis Proposal Manager is the lead in managing the proposal process for an RFI/RFQ/RFP responses by coordinating, facilitating, writing, and producing winning proposals adhering to the company's approved Proposal Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) aligned with a specific type of proposal and contract vehicle.
The Proposal Manager collaborates with experts and team members to develop compliant, responsive, and compelling proposals in response to Federal Government solicitations including RFP, RFI, and RFQ.
nnSpecific duties include:nnDevelop RFI and RFP response templates that are compliant to government evaluation factorsnConduct proposal kick-off with appropriate personnel, and follow-up.
Consolidate all writing assignments and develop the pink, red, and gold team review documents.nConduct review sessions, track all comments, and work with writers to address all comments.nConduct/Facilitate color reviews.nAnalyze the RFP and develop the win themes for the proposalnAuthors and leads the development of technical, management, resume, and past performance sections and volumes, strongly emphasizing past performance.nProvides direction and oversight to supporting writers.nWorks as part of a collaborative team to clearly articulate solutions and strategy, approach to performing the work, experience, win themes, and discriminators.nUtilizes communication and interviewing skills to gather essential information from internal and external personnel to support writing efforts.nWrites clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translates complex ideas into easily understandable text.nDevelop and implement process improvements to help improve proposal quality.nCoordinate with Graphics Artist to finalize appealing graphicsnDevelop corporate proposal templates that can be reused using MS Word templates.nnnREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSnnMinimum of 7+ years of experience in proposal management for competitivenMore than five years of experience with collaboration software, including Microsoft Teams.nAssociate degree minimum, Bachelor's degree preferable.nMust be a self-starter capable of identifying challenges, responding to issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions with limited supervision in a global matrix environmentnMust have experience in Federal Government Contracting (GovCon) having served in a role as a proposal coordinator or Proposal Manager.nMust have experience with SharePoint Navigation.nMust have experience conducting Proposal Kickoff Meetings, working past performance and corporate experience volumes, and developing written content from material provided by technical subject matter experts.
