About the Role

One Source Freight Solutions seeks a passionate and results-oriented Manager of Human Resources to join our executive team. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture by facilitating an environment of performance, accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop:

• Foster a positive and diverse work environment that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and a strong sense of community.

• Champion employee development initiatives, skill-building workshops, and career opportunities, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Lead and effectively manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.

Talent Management:

• Lead and manage employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's strategic business objectives and contribute to overall organizational success.

• Organizational Effectiveness:

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs and drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes.

HR Operations:

• Manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

• Plan and manage employee engagement events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful HR strategies within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence.

Experience:

• Four-Year College Degree

• Continuous education and professional development related to human resources as a specialty.

• 5 years minimum of leadership and human resources experience

• Demonstrated career growth and increased responsibility over time

• Demonstrated leadership ability

• Critical reasoning and conflict resolution skills

• Extensive coaching and employee development experience

• Understanding of Principles of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, 3PL/4PL, Project Management (preferred).
