Job Description

Connect Staffingis actively recruiting skilled candidates forMachine Operatorpositions in Houston, TX and beyond!

Schedules:1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts

Pay Range:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on position availability)

General Requirements:

Must have recent experience with machine operation, production work, or general labor

Willing to submit to background and drug screenings.

Good understanding of industrial safety.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in positions such as Press Operator, Production Machine Operator, Packaging Machine Operator, Molding Machine Operator, Punch Press Operator, Bottling Operator, or Printing Operator is a big plus!

Be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities may include:

Run machines on the production line, setting up and monitoring equipment for the manufacturing of goods.

Operate press machines to form, mold, or cut materials such as metal, plastic, or paper.

Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts by injecting molten plastic into molds.

Oversee the operation of machines that package products, ensuring they are securely and properly packed for shipment.

Run automated assembly machines, ensuring parts are properly assembled or joined to create finished products.
