Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at PFS Investments Canada, you will provide support to clients and representatives across the country. Your role is to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service by responding to inquiries about investment accounts, transactions, policies, and company services. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s commitment to financial empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients and representatives regarding mutual fund accounts, RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, and other investment products.
Assist with transaction processing, account changes, documentation, and general inquiries.
Maintain detailed and accurate client interaction records using internal systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian securities regulations.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Educate clients and representatives about PFS Investments' services and digital tools.
Support training or onboarding initiatives for new representatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in financial services or call centre customer support is an asset.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; French is an asset.
Proficient with MS Office and customer management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
