Waiter/Waitress

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role plays a key part in creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner • Present menus and explain food and beverage items when needed • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously • Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction • Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when needed • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas • Set up and reset tables for each new guest • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Others • Prefer with flexi Visa / RP • Salary / based on experience Please send your resume/CV
