Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for helping people and improving systems? We’re looking for a collaborative, curious, and people-focused IT Systems Analyst who’s equally comfortable diving into business intelligence tools and helping a teammate troubleshoot a printer issue.
This is a hybrid role that blends CRM administration, data analysis, and general IT support, perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and making a visible impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to resource for CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is ideal) support, configuration, and optimization
Use your data skills to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Excel
Partner with departments to understand their needs and deliver practical, tech-driven solutions
Help teammates with day-to-day IT issues (we all pitch in – it’s part of the vibe!)
Assist in documenting workflows, improving processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives
Work closely with IT leadership to support both strategic and operational goals
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in an IT, systems, or analyst role
Proficiency with data tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar)
CRM administration/support experience (any platform welcome)
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills – you love working with people just as much as tech
Willingness to jump into basic IT support when needed
Bonus points for experience with scripting, automation tools, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint
