We are looking for an Administration Officer to be a part of our clients team in Polokwane. As a member of our Administration team, the Administration Officer will assist with the Administrative functions of the organisation.
Role requirements may include, but not limited to, the following:
Meeting and Greeting the public as the first point of contact.
Answering and directing calls.
Scheduling and managing appointments for senior staff.
Preparation of documents, letters and files.
Filing & Archiving.
Monitoring office supplies and ordering.
Maintaining excel registers.
The successful applicant will:
Office Administrative experience.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude.
Demonstrated attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Strong computer skill with an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
A strong ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and results driven.
R 12,000 per month.
