3-5 Years of project management experience in manufacturing, problem solving and collaborating with multiple departments and managers to ensure project success

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to engage customers at all levels and manage every aspect of a project from concept to start up

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, CAD is a plus

Demonstrated knowledge and background in welding/fabrication

Attention to detail to exceed customer expectations
