What You'll Do:

As a Sr Project Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for project managing high visibility, high impact cross-functional initiatives across the Company. You will often interface with senior executives, department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution excellence and measurable business impact. You will leverage and deploy best-in-class project management methodologies, tools and frameworks to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines across these initiatives.

You will work closely with various teams to set daily-level targets across the marketing funnel and subsequently track delivery against those targets. You will communicate targets and results with the Company's leadership, including the COO and the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee five cross-functional initiatives that cover the Company's areas of focus

Deploying best-in-class project management frameworks and methodologies to provide the necessary structure to accelerate timelines, manage scope (and budget, if required), facilitate communication and enforce accountability across the team

Collaborate with various teams to set weekly targets and track progress against milestones

Establish clear and transparent metrics of performance while communicating project status across the executive team Who You Are:

You bring deep experience and a track record managing complex technical and business projects requiring input from various types of stakeholders, including senior executives.

Experience with data analysis and reporting and maintaining complex spreadsheets

Advanced knowledge and experience with leading project management tools

You have a passion for operations and are always looking for ways to optimize processes with the goal of maximizing efficiency.

Project management experience, with the ability to gather project requirements, outline scope, define milestones and make sure they are met

Knowledge of digital marketing, ad tech and/or programmatic advertising, a plus

Hands on experience working in Asana is highly saught after

Experience querying SQL databases, a plus

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $115,000- $135,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
