What will you do? 1. Analyze product requirements and develop testing strategies 2. Collaborate closely with product, development, and QA teams to refine test strategies and improve testing processes. 3. Analyze test results, document defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely issue resolution. 4. Develop/ Maintain automated scripts for testing front and backend on prem / cloud applications 5. Improve and scale our internal test frameworks for regression and performance tests 6. Report defects comprehensively using bug tracking system 7. Write/execute regression tests, record test results and provide timely feedback on quality of the build 8. Continuously improve testing practices by contributing to process enhancements and adopting best practices. What you bring to ForeScout? Professional Skills: 1. 5+ years of hands on experience as a Solutions QA Engineer designing, building, and executing manual and automated test cases. 2. Experience with networking elements (e.g., switches, routers), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP), and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). 3. Proficient in Python and Java a plus. 4. Strong understanding of software testing principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and best practices. 5. Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging techniques for software and network issues. 6. Familiar with Git and or Jenkins automation. 7. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written). 8. Familiar with TestRail, JIRA, and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS. 9. Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
