About the Role

Murphy Ben International is looking to hire talented and passionate YouTube Channel Managers to oversee, grow, and monetize our new and unmanned YouTube channels. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a youthful, media-focused team that is committed to delivering quality entertainment content and building a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Growth: Strategically increase channel views, watch time, and engagement.

- Community Engagement: Foster an active and loyal subscriber base through consistent interaction and content alignment.

- Analytics Insight: Leverage YouTube Studio and other tools to track metrics like watch time, CTR, audience retention, and revenue; adjust strategy accordingly.

- Subscriber Acquisition: Develop content and campaign strategies to grow the channel’s subscriber base.

- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to YouTube’s community and monetization policies.

Minimum Requirements

- Education: HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.

- Experience: No prior work experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.

- Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

- Ability to identify or create viral content.

- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and keyword optimization.

- Analytical mindset and basic knowledge of data analysis.
