Who You Are:

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will support Global Talent Acquisition, Global Diversity & Inclusion, and other ad hoc HR function initiatives by creating impactful collateral for current and potential employees. Additionally, you will co-lead the Employer Branding team, develop content that engages top talent and promotes Capri and Michael Kors as employers of choice across global corporate and retail populations.

You will contribute to a strategic approach that spans recruitment marketing, D&I initiatives, and employer brand development, collaborating with internal teams to shape content, drive and execute projects, and support talent attraction and retention strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Employer Branding:

Develop and/or collect content including but not limited to campaign assets, videos, employee / event photos, and infographics to communicate company values and culture.

Support campaigns that highlight company reputation as an inclusive and innovative employer.

Talent Acquisition:

Create recruitment marketing assets, including but not limited to campaign graphics, recruiting guides, job offer packets, training materials.

Design social media content (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to promote job openings and highlight company culture.

Support recruitment events with materials such as banners, flyers, and digital assets.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the company’s career site.

Diversity & Inclusion:

Design and create collateral for D&I initiatives, including but not limited to monthly newsletter, email and TV assets, campaign videos and Employee Resource Group (ERG) materials.

Ensure design work promotes inclusivity and reflects Capri’s commitment to diversity.

HR Functions Ad Hoc:

Create visually engaging training assets and materials to enhance Capri learning and development programs.

Support executive presentation assets as requested.

Cross-Functional Partnerships:

Collaborate with Capri Diversity & Inclusion, Capri Corporate Social Responsibility, Capri HR, MK Retail Marketing, and Marketing / Social Media teams across Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors teams to identify recruitment marketing opportunities and support talent attraction.

Co-lead Employer Branding strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across recruitment channels.

Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling materials that engage diverse audiences.

Branding & Creative Leadership:

Act as a brand ambassador for Capri and Michael Kors, maintaining design integrity while introducing fresh ideas.

Stay updated on graphic design trends, ensuring modern and effective solutions for both digital and print.

Capture and edit photo content of employee events, headshots, trainings, speaker events, etc. for content purposes as needed.

Lead the creation of executive presentations, recruitment brochures, and key materials for leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.

Project Management & Collaboration:

Manage multiple design and branding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and meet stakeholder needs.

What You’ll Need to Have:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

High-level expertise in InDesign, with intermediate skills in Premiere Pro/After Effects

High-level expertise in Page Tiger

Strong project management capabilities to drive and execute project completion

Knowledge of UI design principles

Experience in photo and video content creation and editing

Strong understanding of social media content creation and design best practices

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics

Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
