About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electricians to join our team. We are hiring 4th or 5th year apprentice level all the way to Journeymen. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety regulations. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes.

The majority of ours are commercial electric and sitework / panel lighting jobs.

We do offer options to travel as well.

Pay:

$27.66 - $40.68 hourly pay based on experience.

An additional $32 an hour for benefit pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures

Diagnose electrical problems using specialized testing devices

Ensure systems are installed to code and comply with safety regulations

Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repair

Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications

Work collaboratively with contractors and other tradespeople on job sites

Provide timely and accurate reporting of job status, progress, and issues

Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred

Valid electrician license/certification preferred

Must have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings

Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
