Restoration Estimators (RE) work with property owners and managers, insurance carriers, and Project Managers after unexpected events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a RE, you will be on facilitating the scope and estimate cost, along with documentation and contract accuracy. You will build relationships with clients and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

Communicate effectively with clients and property owners the expectations for mitigating and repairs.

Continuously improve in scoping and estimating best practices.

Complete negotiation and contract documentation on each project.

Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience

Responsible for all estimates, change orders and insurance supplements

Get results and set proper expectations for others

Participate in the communication through an on-call rotation to assist clients.

Base plus commission. Our current REs yearly pay range from $60,000 to $80,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Pass background check per out clients service agreement

Pass drug test

Valid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record required

Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experiencePrevious estimating experience (ex. Xactimate/Symbility) is welcomed if willing to continually learn within industry. Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead preferred. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. May require use of personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
