Could you be the full-time Site Quality Director in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll spearhead initiatives to enhance the quality culture and ensure the right first time approach. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Site Management/Regional Center Committee, Alstom Quality network), drive continuous improvement plans, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing Quality Action Plans, embedding quality in operations, and managing Quality Resources. You will also ensure QMS and Process management are up to par with Alstom standards.

We’ll look to you for:

Developing and implementing Quality Action Plans

Embedding quality within site operations and management committees

Increasing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product delivery controls

Leading and developing Quality teams with a focus on continuous education and expertise

Managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process governance

Monitoring performance through standard Quality KPIs and customer feedback

Master’s degree in Engineering, General Management, or Quality Management

Experience or understanding of quality, project, and operation management (10 years preferred)

Knowledge of Quality tools and problem-solving methodologies

Familiarity with the railway industry and associated norms and certifications is an asset

A certification in Quality Management

Fluency in English

Exceptional leadership and communication skills
