Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS
Perform all assigned duties in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs), following BPI Labs' Quality Manual and Facility Standard operating Procedures (SOPs).
Record all pertinent operations in logbooks and controlled documents.
Report to team leader/supervisor any issues/problems that might affect quality, etc.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ FUNCTIONS
Visually Inspects injections for particulates under inspection light hoods as per Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform room cleaning and sanitization.
Create and revises SOPs.
Perform labeling and packaging of injection products.
Create and qualifies visual inspection kits.
Train and qualify visual inspection personnel.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of HS diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in Inspection and packaging, preferably in a Pharmaceutical Environment.
Working knowledge of cGMPs in an FDA regulated environment.
Ability to follow detailed written procedures and verbal instructions.
Quality Conscious.
Able to carry weights of 20-30 lbs.
20/20 corrected vision.
Near point convergence of no more than 1O cm.
Tested for color acuity.
MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO ADJUST BETWEEN 8AM-5PM AND 2PM-10PM SHIFTS BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS
