Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the pizza parlor, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of staff, including kitchen and front-of-house employees
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Supervise pizza making and kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to our 43-year standard of quality
• Conduct interviews and hire employees as needed
• Prepare employee work schedules and manage time-off requests
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and budgeting
• Work with ownership to implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management (experience in pizza making is a plus)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management
• Ability to multitask and manage various aspects of operations simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
