Your Key Responsibilities

Organization and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments

Advising shipments in customer portals

Shipments notifications for transport forwarders or customer’s forwarders

Organization of Premium Freights

Creation of necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports

Tracking and tracing of shipments

Your Qualifications

Students actively pursuing a degree

English language level allowing business communication (mandatory)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook

Fluency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
