Job Description

In the exciting world of Banking Operations, you will play a central role in the efficient processing of our banking transactions. You will work in the back office of an international company that places great importance on sustainability. Thanks to our flat hierarchies, you can quickly take on responsibility and advance your career.

During the 18-month trainee program, you will work in various departments in the back office and receive personal and comprehensive training from experienced team supervisors.

Settlement: After a general introduction, you will learn about the settlement of stock exchange transactions in the Settlement team. You will also gain deeper insights into securities trading.

Deliveries: In the Deliveries team, you will carry out portfolio transfers and learn a lot about the performance-relevant booking of securities.

Reconciliation: In the Reconciliation team, you will search for differences like a detective and forward them to the relevant departments for correction.

Corporate Actions Income: In the Corporate Actions Income team, you will support the booking process for interest, dividends and repayments.

Corporate Action: Finally, in the Corporate Action team you will get to know the various capital operations, such as the booking of securities events like mergers, capital increases or splits.

Requirements

Good written and spoken German and English

Good MS Office skills
