About the Role

Maples Billing Analyst's are the pivotal component between business operations and finance. Charged with providing exceptional customer service and financial administration, the primary focus of this role will be on the production of client level invoices and the management of client level WIP and Matter Credit balances for our global business teams. The person in this role will be responsible for following established policies, processes and procedures while applying specific knowledge and experience in order to perform client level invoicing accurately.

Responsibilities include:

Manage a personal work inbox

Process client level invoicing

Process client level invoice reprints

Process ad-hoc billing queries

Reconcile client level WIP/OAD balances

Process client matter credit transfers

Process invoice settlements

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Post-secondary diploma (or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment

Excellent organizational and written/verbal skills

Demonstrate an ability to deliver high quality and accurate work within tight deadlines

Fluent in English (required)
