What you’ll do
Manage complex electrical, instrumentation and control projects including Scope, Schedule, Resourcing and Budget.
Developing solutions to non-standard, complex problems, converting opportunities into value add outcomes for the Client.
Undertake project definition, feasibility studies and options analysis.
Engage and consult key stakeholders when defining work scopes, projects and plant changes.
Develop technical specifications and work scopes.
What you’ll bring
Electrical Engineering qualification recognised by Engineers Australia.
Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent recognised certification (RPEV / RPEQ).
Significant Experience working on high voltage systems in a heavy industrial environment.
Significant Experience with electrical protection systems, protection relay programming and testing.
Proficiency in PTW or Powerfactory electrical modelling software.
Skills in Arc flash analysis and protection co-ordination.
High level design, specification, tendering, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT electrical testing and life cycle management of Power Transformers, Switchgear and Protection Systems.
Power system testing and commissioning – transformers, switchgear, control system interfacing and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding and experience working with Australian regulations and Standards.
