Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRM

Support the outside sales team with quoting and account management

Prepare proposals, process orders, and track deliveries

Provide product recommendations to meet client needs

Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts

Qualifications:

13 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with CRM systems a plus

Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
