Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production processes. A four-year degree is not requiredâ we value proven experience and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet daily targets

Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to resolve production issues

Maintain accurate production records and reports

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Knowledge of safety and quality protocols in a production setting

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical training a plus)
