Scheduler â Sales Support (Cold Calling Experience Preferred)

Cardinal Staffing is partnered with a local sales company, searching for a professional and team-oriented scheduler with cold calling experience. Within this position, the scheduler is responsible for managing and coordinating appointments between sales representatives and clients. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure efficient scheduling and optimal use of time.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Appointments â Manage and coordinate meetings between sales representatives and clients.

Cold Calling â Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments and generate leads.

Client Interaction â Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service.

Record-Keeping â Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems as needed.

Customer Service â Address inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and enhance the client experience. Skills and Qualifications:

Employment Type: Direct Hire First Shift

Schedule: Monday â Friday, 8:30 AM â 5:00 PM

Compensation: Pay rate varies based on experience
