POSITION SUMMARY

Administers drug screen training to peer employees to achieve DOT standards while overseeing their collections; provides offsite drug screens and breath alcohol testing to local industry and businesses; facilitates DNA testing in the clinic environment; and routinely examines Chain of Custody documentation of all drug specimens.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

High School or equivalent

Minimum Experience

2 years experience in medical clinic environment preferred

Required Registration/License/Certification

DOT and non-DOT certifications for drug screening and breath alcohol testing within 30 days of hire or transfer

BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer

Preferred Education

Some college; Associates Degree

Preferred Experience

Audiometery/Spirometry testing

DOT certification experience

Preferred Registration/License/Certification
