$65,000 DOEResponsibilities:

Preparation of commitments, title policies, and settlement documents

Preparation of Settlement statements, CD,s and other financial documents

Ordering title searches, surveys, payoffs, lien releases, and other items

required by the contract

Reviewing title reports and clearing titles

Coordination of settlements with lenders and real estate agentsQualifications:

Virginia title license required, DC and/or MD title license a plus

Minimum of 2 years of Title Processing experience required

Strong communication and people skills are required, as well as an understanding that the customer is always right

Ability to problem-solve and work with lenders and realtors to accomplish time-sensitive goals

Candidate should be detail-oriented, be able to multi-task, and work well with deadlines

Familiarity with foreclosure and short sales a plus

Good computer and data entry skills requiredAbout Company
