Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for helping to maintain and track all inventory in the plant. This position will work closely with the Materials Planning Engineer and Warehouse Supervisor to investigate on-hand inventory accuracy. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with a cross functional team including purchasing, supervision, or shop associates to help track down any discrepancies.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily cycle counts and work cross-functionally with receiving team
Non-conformance follow ups. Work cross-functionally to track down material inaccuracies
Log picklist shortages to drive shortage improvements
Transact and physically return items to stock
Use SAP to analyze core steel reconciliations
Generate daily QA Hold Report
Collaborate with purchasing to get parts in stock that are frequently short in the storeroom
Develop and maintain Flow Maps for parts used in production
Project work consistent with inventory control and maintenance

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education / Experience
Associate degree in Supply Chain or 5 years job experience
