Kitchen Manager Prerequisites -

3-5 Years in a Similar Role

High Sales-Volume Experience

Extensive Knowledge Monitoring Food and Labor cost, Menu Development, and Costing

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities -

Oversee the Hiring, Training, Scheduling, and Mentoring Team

Management of All Back-of-House Staff
