We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various property development and management projects. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information

Support project planning and execution phases

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports

Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment

Maintain and update project files and databases

Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks

Schedule meetings and take detailed minutes when neededQualifications

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
