Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Hard/Private Money Brokers & Sales Professionals we want to help you increase your income and expand your business beyond your licensed states. We will teach you how to maximize your skills as an Unsecured Funding Consultant (Unsecured Loan Officer) with no licensing required. Your clients don't need down payments or collateral and you can work with clients outside of real estate.
We have over a decade of experience and have funded billions to our clients every year for over 10 years. Our clients use the funding for many different purposes. We fund in 48 states (no CA or IA) and you must reside in one of those 48 states or U.S. territories. We will consider agents in certain countries but you must service U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities:
Generate client leads from current clients, social media, events, and networking
Consult with clients on how you can help the solve their money problems
Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers
Collect and verify all necessary documentation to complete the loan application process
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure that loans meet the required guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, hard/private money brokers and other professionals in the industry
Stay updated on market trends, policies, and company updates
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Be a great team member how supports the team in winning
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage, Hard/private money lenders & Sales Professional or similar role in the financial industry
Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and professionals in the industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously
Available to attend virtual training and willingness to be coachable and teachable
This is an earn and learn career opportunity. The schedule is flexible but we expect you to devote at least 25 hours a week.
