Overnight custodian

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to fill a part-time position as an overnight custodian! The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, completing a variety of duties that maintain a high standard of cleanliness across up to 9 rooms. Please note painting, handyman or carpentry skills are a plus. Ideal availability would be each Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday overnight (approx 10 pm to 6 am).

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Complete any specifically assigned tasks day to day

Perform routine lock up procedures of facilities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Part-time
